How do you build brand authority, trust and confidence?
As you navigate the murky world of online marketing, you may have heard of the “know, like, trust” factor. In order for cold traffic (that’s someone who doesn’t really know you yet) to take a desired action (follow on social media, sign up for your freebie, book a call with you or buy a product), you need to help move them further on the know, like and trust continuum.
When you’re looking to build a wellness expert brand, there is something else you need to build in addition to know, like and trust: Brand Authority. Brand Authority is your audience’s perception of your status as an expert. When you hold the coveted brand authority in your niche, your audience see you as the go-to expert in your field. Someone worthy of trust, attention and ultimately their dollars.
